Some countries rating systems allow for some general observations to be input along with the standard ratings criteria. Others, like Italy, are rigid and while that can allow a few dumps to get two and three star ratings, it can also let some gems of accommodations get a one star crown of defeat. If you are planning a summer holiday but you are a little short of cash, then a good place to head to is the South of Spain.
